These terms govern your use of the https://fass.ng website, showcase demos, and client portal operated by Fadiya Software Solutions Ltd("FASS", "we"). By using our site or portal, you agree to these terms.
Custom software development engagements are governed by separate written agreements (Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work), not these website terms alone.
1. Website and showcase demos
Showcase demos at /showcase use fictional data for demonstration only. You may not rely on demo content for business decisions, attempt to extract real client data, or use demos as production systems. Demo availability may change without notice.
2. Client portal
Portal access is granted to authorized users only. You must safeguard your credentials, use the portal lawfully, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to breach security or access systems without authorization
- Upload malware, unlawful content, or material that infringes third-party rights
- Scrape, overload, or interfere with site operation
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
4. Intellectual property
FASS owns or licenses website content, branding, demo software, and documentation unless otherwise stated. You receive no ownership rights by browsing the site or using demos. Client project IP is addressed in your project contracts.
5. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy policy.
6. Disclaimers
The website, demos, and portal are provided "as is" for information and evaluation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FASS disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement for free site content and demos.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, FASS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or demos. Our total liability for website use claims is limited to the amount you paid FASS for website-related services in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if none. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law or liability under a signed project contract.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or suspend site access for maintenance, security, or policy violations. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts in Abuja, Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any arbitration clause in a separate signed agreement.
